We handle civil, criminal, real estate, construction, labor, family, and corporate matters, and review and draft Chinese and English contracts. For each case we first clarify the facts and the legal relationships, then discuss negotiation, mediation, litigation, or other paths
We will explain the rights that should be asserted, and we will not avoid the risks that need attention

What I want clients to know is more than what the statute says
I am attorney Huang Po-Yao
Work in-house and in private practice showed me legal problems from different seats. In practice I continue to handle civil, criminal, real estate, construction, and corporate matters, including helping an interior-fit-out company recover nearly NT$2 million in construction payments
I find that by the time someone sees a lawyer, they have usually already thought the problem through many times
Some worry it is already too late; some do not know whether to sue; some hold a stack of papers and do not know which of them matter
So before we talk about the law, I usually ask: what happened, where do things stand now, and what matters most to you
Once those are clear, we can judge whether the evidence is enough, what legal options exist, and what different paths may lead to
Some matters need litigation; some are better discussed first. Sometimes knowing what not to do for now is also important
My work is to state professional judgment clearly and to name the risks. How to proceed is a decision I want you to make after you understand
